Transform your space with the Maua Banana Bark Basket, a testament to the exquisite craftsmanship of the artisans working with WomenCraft. Handwoven using traditional techniques passed down through generations, this basket is shaped like a shallow bowl and features a hanger on the back for easy wall mounting. Crafted from the dried bark of local banana trees intricately woven into natural grasses, each piece embodies the labor-intensive process that takes several days to complete.

WomenCraft, an enterprise based in Ngara, Tanzania, empowers women artisans by providing reliable incomes and preserving cultural heritage through their art.
